Heat oven to 350°F. Beat margarine, sugars, eggs and vanilla until creamy. Gradually add combined flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; mix well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop by rounded measuring tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 9 to 10 minutes or until set. Cool 2 minutes on cookie sheet; remove to wire rack. Cool completely. Store tightly covered. 4 DOZEN
Chocolate Oatmeal Bar Cookies: Grease 15x10-inch baking pan. Press dough into prepared pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Cool; cut into squares. 35 BARS
Freezing Tips: Wrap securely in foil or place in freezer bag. Seal; label and freeze up to 3 months. Thaw at room temperature.
