  • 3 cups Quaker® Life® Chocolate Cereal
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup almond butter (see note)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp sliced almonds, toasted if desired

Cooking Instructions

Place cereal and chia seeds in large bowl; coarsely crush cereal. In small bowl, stir together almond butter, honey, water and vanilla until smooth. Add to cereal; stir with rubber spatula until well combined. Spray muffin pan cups with nonstick spray or line with cupcake liners. Press 2 tablespoons cereal mixture into each cup. Sprinkle with sliced almonds (about 1/2 teaspoon per bite), pressing gently into cereal mixture, if using. Refrigerate covered until firm. Store leftovers in refrigerator up to one week.
