These no bake oatmeal bites are the fuel you want to help start your morning or a mid-day pick-me-up snack. Infused with coffee and chocolate, each bite is full of flavor. Not only are oatmeal bites yummy, but easy and quick to make.
A heart healthy diet should include whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables, low fat dairy, lean protein and legumes, and should limit fat, saturated fat and cholesterol and sodium. This recipe per 1 serving provides at least 1g soluble fiber.
