Ingredients

  • 2 Quaker® Rice Cakes - Lightly Salted
  • 3 oz canned or pouch tuna
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp chopper celery
  • 2 tbsp chopped onion
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Green onion for garnish

Cooking Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, add drained tuna, Greek yogurt, celery, onion, and lemon juice and mix well to combine.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper and then spread the tuna salad on the rice cakes.
  • Garnish with green onion and enjoy!
