Ingredients

  • 1 Quaker® Rice Cakes - Chocolate
  • 1 tbsp chocolate fudge
  • 1 tsp raspberry jam
  • 1 tbsp of your favorite chocolate crumble (a crumbled brownie, swiss roll or cookie), or chocolate sprinkles
  • 1 chocolate bar

Cooking Instructions

  • Mix fudge and raspberry jam together.
  • Spread the mix on the rice cake.
  • Top with chocolate crumbles or chocolate sprinkles.
  • Use a veggie peeler to shave the chocolate bar and then garnish the rice cake with shaved chocolate.
  • Enjoy as is or add whipped cream if you wish!
