  • 1/2 cup Quaker® Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1/2 low-fat milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup low fat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon curd
  • 1/4 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon chopped hazelnuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest

Cooking Instructions

Add Quaker® Oats to your container of choice and stir in milk and vanilla extract. Layer yogurt, lemon curd, raspberries and hazelnuts. Sprinkle with lemon zest on top and refrigerate overnight.

* Can substitute low fat lemon Greek yogurt for vanilla Greek yogurt and lemon curd. Let steep for at least 8 hours in a refrigerator 40° F or colder. Best to eat within 24 hours.
