Santa's Chocolate Chip Cookie Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Quaker® Oats-Old Fashioned
  • 1/2 Cup Almond milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 1/2 Banana, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Plain, non-fat Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Chocolate chips
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Cooking Instructions

  • In a small mason jar, glass, or plastic container add all ingredients and mix to combine.
  • Cover with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • Uncover and top with additional ingredients, and/or thin with extra milk if desired. Enjoy!
