  • 1/2 Cup(s) Quaker® Quick Grits
  • 4 Pasteurized prepared cheese product, cubed
  • dash(s) of garlic powder (optional)
  • Paprika
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions

Bring water to a boil; slowly stir in grits; return to a boil Reduce heat to medium-low and cook 4-5 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally. Add cheese and garlic powder. Continue cooking 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally until cheese is melted. Add salt to taste; sprinkle with paprika.

Serving Tips: To substitute regular Quaker or Aunt Jemima Enriched Hominy Grits, increase milk to 2-1/4 cups and simmer time to 12 to 14 minutes.
