  • ½ cup Quaker® Quick Oats
  • 1 cup plain, unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ banana, mashed
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp. brown sugar
  • Dash of cinnamon

Cooking Instructions

In medium saucepan, bring almond milk to gentle boil (watch carefully); stir in oats. Return to boil; reduce heat to medium. Cook 1 minute, or until most of liquid is absorbed, stirring occasionally. Remove oatmeal from heat. Stir in mashed bananas, pecans, brown sugar and cinnamon.
