Ingredients

  • 1 Quaker® Rice Cakes - Lightly Salted
  • 1 tbsp ketchup or mustard
  • 1 cooked hamburger patty, 5% fat ground beef
  • 1 slice cheddar cheese (optional)
  • 1-2 romaine lettuce leaves, chopped or torn
  • 1-2 slices of tomato
  • 2-3 slices of pickle

Cooking Instructions

  • Spread ketchup or mustard (or both!) onto the rice cake.
  • Add the cooked hamburger patty on top.
  • Layer with cheese, lettuce, tomato and pickles and enjoy!
