Combine the classic flavors of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and apples with oats and you get Peanut Butter Jelly & Apple Overnight Oats. This make ahead recipe with just 5 ingredients is just what you need to put a smile on the kids faces when mornings get busy.
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup(s) Quaker® Oats-Old Fashioned
- 1/2 Cup(s) Low-fat milk
- 2 tbsp. Peanut Butter
- 2 tbsp. Strawberry jam
- 1/4 Cup(s) of apple, sliced
Cooking Instructions
- Add oats to your container of choice and pour in low-fat milk.
- Layer peanut butter, strawberry jelly and apples.
- Refrigerate overnight and enjoy in the morning.
- Let steep for at least 8 hours in a refrigerator 40° F or colder.
- Best to eat within 24 hours.
