Ingredients
A heart healthy diet should include whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables, low fat dairy, lean protein and legumes, and should limit fat, saturated fat and cholesterol and sodium.
- 1/2 cup Quaker® Oats-Old Fashioned
- 1/2 cup nonfat milk
- 1/2 cup strawberries, blueberries, or apples, chopped
Cooking Instructions
- Add Quaker® Oats to your container of choice, pour in milk, and add sliced strawberries, blueberries or apples.
- Refrigerate overnight and enjoy in the morning.
- Let steep for at least 8 hours in a refrigerator 40°F or colder.
- Best to eat within 24 hours.
