Start by pouring in your choice of cold milk, milk alternative, or cold water up to the dotted line (8 ounces). Place the cap back on the bottle, turn it upside down and tap the bottom of the bottle until the powder is mixed with the liquid, and shake well for at least 30 seconds until smooth. Once combined, sip and enjoy straight from the bottle!
