Whole Grain Muffins are an easy, 5-ingredient recipe that is satisfying year-round. Whole Wheat Blend Pancake & Waffle mix make for a thick, yet moist muffin you can whip up quickly and easily.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Aunt Jemima Whole Wheat Blend Pancake & Waffle Mix
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

  • Heat oven to 425°F.
  • Line 12 medium muffin cups with paper baking cups or oil bottoms only.
  • Combine mix and cinnamon.
  • Add combined remaining ingredients, mixing just until moistened.
  • Fill muffin cups 3/4 full.
  • Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
  • 1 DOZEN CHOLESTEROL VARIATION: Substitute 2 egg whites or 1/4 cup egg substitute for whole egg.
