Ingredients

  • 3 cups Quaker® Oats-Old Fashioned
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 cup canned pumpkin
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 eggs

Cooking Instructions

  • In a bowl mix all ingredients together until mixed well.
  • Line muffin pan with paper liners or grease well.
  • Scoop batter into muffin tins.
