BUY: One (1) Quaker® Puffed Granola (17 oz. - Blueberry Vanilla Flavor or Apple Cinnamon Flavor) (“Participating Products”) between 1/15/23 and 3/31/23 (“Purchase Period”). If you’re not completely satisfied, request your money back (up to $6.69) as follows:
SEND: Go to puffedgranolalove.com and print out and complete the Mail-in Rebate Form and include: 1) Why you weren’t completely satisfied; 2) Original itemized store cash register receipt showing circled Participating Product purchased during Purchase Period; and 3) UPC code cut out from the package (collectively “Required Items”).
MAIL TO: Quaker® Puffed Granola “Love It or Your Money Back” Mail-In Rebate, Dept. 855890, PO Box 5265, Kalamazoo, MI 49003-5265, postmarked by 4/22/23 and received by 4/29/23.
RECEIVE: Rebate check for purchase price of the Participating Product (up to $6.69) via U.S. Mail (no P.O. Boxes) within 12-weeks upon receipt and verification of Required Items.

Limit one (1) rebate check per household/address. Rebate available by mail-in redemption using the printed Official Mail-In Rebate Form (“Rebate Form”) only. No reproductions or facsimiles of purchase receipt or UPC code, or incomplete forms will be accepted. Rebate Form has no cash value. Rebate offer submissions must be postmarked by 4/22/23 and received by 4/29/23. No Rebate offers will be returned. Checks are void if not cashed within 180 days and cannot be re-issued. Rebate offer valid only on eligible purchase of a Participating Product made from participating authorized retailer in the United States or District of Columbia during the Purchase Period.
