This recipe crafts delightful brownie cake pops using Quaker oats for added texture and flavor, perfect for a fun and indulgent treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Quaker® Oats-Quick 1-Minute Oats
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 oz unsweetened chocolate
  • 1 ¼ cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup apple sauce, unsweetened
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup - 1 cup Quaker Oat Flour (depending on desired thickness)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • To taste powdered sugar, optional

Cooking Instructions

  • Combine oil and chocolate into bowl.
  • Microwave for 30 sec intervals until chocolate is melted.
  • Combine all ingredients into a bowl, whisk together to combine, allow to rest for 5-10 min while cake pop maker is heated up.
  • Add additional oat flour if batter is too runny.
  • Prepare to directions on cake pop maker.
  • Dust with powdered sugar.
  • Enjoy.
