  • 1/4 cup(s) pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon(s) maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon
  • 1 to 2 shot(s) espresso
  • Ground cinnamon (optional)

Cooking Instructions

Whisk together oat milk, pumpkin, vanilla, syrup and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon in small saucepan. Heat over medium heat about 3 to 4 minutes until hot, or until bubbles form around edges, whisking occasionally. (Do not boil.) Cool slightly. Pour espresso into large mug. Add oat mixture; stir. Sprinkle with dash of cinnamon, as desired.
