In large saucepan melt chocolate chips, light butter and large marshmallows over low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat; cool slightly. Stir in vanilla. Stir in oats and remaining ingredients. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper and shape into circles or bars. Cover and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours. Let stand at room temperature about 15 minutes before serving. Store tightly covered in refrigerator. Makes about 3 dozen.
Microwave Directions: Place chocolate chips, margarine and marshmallows in large microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 1 to 2 minutes or until mixture is melted and smooth, stirring every 30 seconds. Proceed as recipe directs.
