  • 1/2 cup Quaker Rolled Overnight Oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh banana, mashed
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon cloves
  • 1/8 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoon pure maple syrup

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cooking Instructions

Add all ingredients into a mason jar or small food storage container and stir or shake well to combine. Refrigerate overnight or for at least 3 hours. In the morning add additional milk if you’d like and top with bananas and coconut.
