  • 1 Cup(s) Quaker® old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 Cup(s) granulated sugar
  • 1/2 Cup(s) brown sugar
  • 2 Teaspoon(s) Baking Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon(s) Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon(s) Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Teaspoon(s) Baking Soda
  • 1 Cup(s) Very ripe bananas, mashed (approx. 3 medium bananas)
  • 1/2 Cup(s) Butter, melted and cooled
  • 1/2 Cup(s) milk
  • 1 Teaspoon(s) Pure vanilla extract
  • 1 Cup(s) Pecans, chopped and toasted
  • 2 Egg(s)

Cooking Instructions

Measure dry ingredients into a medium mixing bowl and whisk to incorporate. Beat in wet ingredients until thoroughly mixed. Fold in the pecans. Pour into a 9x5 loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 55-65 minutes. Test center with a toothpick to ensure it's cooked through. If the top browns too quickly, cover with a foil tent for the remainder of the cooking time. Cool before serving.
