  • 1/2 Cup(s) Low-fat milk
  • 1/2 Teaspoon(s) Vanilla extract
  • 1 Teaspoon(s) Chia seeds
  • 1/2 Cup(s) Raspberries
  • 1/8 Cup(s) Shredded coconut
  • 1/3 Cup(s) Bananas, sliced

Cooking Instructions

Add Quaker® Oats to your container of choice and pour in the mixture of milk, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Add chia seeds. Alternate between layers of raspberries, layers of shredded coconut, and layers of banana slices. Place in fridge and enjoy in the morning or a few hours later!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Tasty Overnight oats are breakfast 3-5 days a week. This is a good one. I did cut lemon juice to only 1tsp& slightly increased the vanilla after making it several times.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy & Delicious I did not add any lemon juice to mine and they were great. I like that the fruit adds just enough sweetness with a hint of vanilla. This is an easy breakfast for on the go.
