Rated 5 out of 5 by from healthy and delicious! I couldn’t wait to try this! I’m a big fan of pina coladas in the summertime and this recipe brought that wonderful tropical feeling to my breakfast! I added a tsp if chia seed just to boost the health factor. The pineapple, coconut and almonds and just a touch of honey make it something I will eat again and again.tomorrow in fact lol love it!
