Cooking Instructions

Place oats and cinnamon in large bowl; stir to blend well. Add mashed banana, peanut butter and honey. Stir until ingredients are well blended. Shape into 24 (about 1-inch diameter) balls. Refrigerate, covered, until chilled. Store leftovers in refrigerator, covered.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy snack to grab and go Made these with slight variations- put more all natural chunky peanut butter than recipe called for, added less honey and included maple syrup as an addition. I’m a big fan or Quakeroats so I’m easy to please. But husband, really liked these too and the first batch didn’t stay around very long. My next batch I will use less banana as it seemed to overpower the tast. It’s a quick easy snack to grab on the go or before dinner when you need something to tie you over.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Base for lots of add-ins These baked up nice and crispy (didn't use paper liners) and based on the reviews that said not sweet enough or too plain, I threw in about a cup of mini chocolate chips. (Also I used unsweet vanilla almond milk) these were a big hit for my kids snacks & breakfast to-go!

Neither my husband nor I liked these. We thought they were very bland and had a strange texture. They smelled go but that's all I can say.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for breakfast on the go! I like to make these and take a few for breakfast each morning. I enjoy a cold breakfast so these are better for me than warm oatmeal. I add 3 cups of oatmeal and sometimes some dark chocolate chips.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Better to us with little tweaks We modified the recipe by adding an equal quantity of maple syrup to the honey in the recipe. This doubles that liquid amount and was not a problem for us. We also doubled the peanut butter used. The peanut butter we used was a super chunky consistency so it didn't really add a lot of moisture.
