Rated 4 out of 5 by from Loved it ! It seemed runny but after 17 mins in my oven they came out perfect.i used my 6 muffin tin and not the 12. Very moist. I would love to know the calorie content . No egg yolk so perfect for those watching cholesterol and good fiber source.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Something wrong Something, maybe flour, is missing. Batter runny, and even without flour filled 18 muffin cups. Didn't bake on inside, while outside nearly burned.
