Mocha Banana Overnight Oats is rated 3.0 out of 5 by 2.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from My favorite overnight oat recipe In the past few months I've been trying many different overnight oat recipes, most from the Quaker website. While my fiance loves the banana strawberry or blueberry, this is by far my favorite! I can't get enough of the flavor. The chocolate mixed with the espresso adds a little bit of bitterness (I LOVE dark chocolate and that's the kind of bitterness that you find in this recipe). The banana adds just enough sweetness, but not too much. For the espresso, I use one Nespresso pod and that will make 2 servings or mason jars. I make about 4 or 5 single serving jars every Sunday and it lasts me all week. I can have one on Friday and everything still tastes great. Love it!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from So Bitter! This recipe is just way too bitter. I think the amount of cacao powder is way too much, could be taken down to a tsp or even a little less. It really needs a bit of sweetness to help it out, whether a squirt of honey or dash of stevia.
