Rated 4 out of 5 by from Better than expected I wasn't sure how oatmeal with carrots would be, especially with minimal sweet ingredients. But I love carrot cake so I thought I'd give it a try. Not bad! Different, but not bad!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Different but delish I love carrot cake and now love oats and carrots. Bit strange to think of but its a good combo. I missed out the maple syrup and used honey to sweeten also added raisons. Makes a nice change.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I change it Being a massive carrot cake fan I knew I'd like this. I have however added raisins and change the nuts to walnuts. Also added a teaspoon of chia seeds for added protein.
