  • 1/2 cup Quaker® Oats
  • 1/2 cup low-fat milk
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup pecans, chopped

Cooking Instructions

Add Quaker® Oats to a container of your choice and pour in milk. Mix in vanilla extract and cinnamon. Alternate between layers of Greek yogurt, blueberries, and banana, then drizzle on honey. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy in the morning! Top with additional blueberries and pecans, if desired.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Delicious But Indulgent! This recipe is indulgently delicious. The calories, fat and sugar content are too high for my age, though. I'd leave out the honey, because the fruit and yogurt provide enough sweetness for me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great way to start the day!!! So very simple to create, so very wonderful to start the day with great taste, texture and nutrition!!! I noticed the recipe on the Quaker Oates container and decided to make it later that day for the next morning. So so good and rewarding for a the few minutes it took the create the night before and to happily consume bright and early!!
