  • 1 1/2 ripe bananas, sliced, divided
  • 1/2 Cup(s) uncooked Quaker® oats
  • 1/2 Cup(s) lowfat milk
  • 1 tbsp. Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp. Honey
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. Pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp. Walnuts, chopped

Cooking Instructions

Add Quaker Oats to your container of choice and pour in milk. Layer Greek yogurt, bananas, honey, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla on top and sprinkle with walnuts. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy in the morning!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Delicious and satisfying 1st day I misread tsp as tbp and substituted Maple Syrup. It wasn't as sweet as I thought it would be. 2nd day 2tsp of Maple Syrup much nicer and added a few fresh blueberries. Mmm.... Mmmmm!

I feel that there was too much nutmeg and cinnamon; even at the small measures as stated. Stired it as well as I could have, just a little over powering! Apart from that I'm sure it would have tasted amazing :)
