Combine diced apples, apricots and sunflower seeds. Divide into 4 parts. Place quarter of fruit mix into two 8-ounce jars. Top with 1/4 cup of yogurt. Add another quarter of fruit mix into each jar. Top each fruit layer again with 1/4 cup of yogurt. Top parfaits with crumbled Quaker® Banana Honey Nut Breakfast Flats. Makes 2 servings.
