  • 2 Tablespoon(s) butter, melted
  • 2 Teaspoon(s) Baking Powder
  • 3/4 Teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon(s) vanilla
  • 3/4 Cup(s) canned pumpkin
  • 3/4 Cup(s) Chocolate Chips
  • 2 Eggs

Cooking Instructions

In a bowl mix all ingredients together until mixed well. Line muffin pan with paper liners or grease well. Scoop batter into muffin tins. This makes about 15 muffins. Bake at 350 for 15-16 minutes or until done.
