QuakerFlex benefits are easy to use. We think it’s similar to going back to school. In the fall, you receive your benefits choices and their prices so you can shop for what you need in the year ahead. Quaker gives you "money" in the form of Flex credits at the time of the enrollment process to buy your medical, dental and other healthcare benefits.


No waiting period - most coverage starts on your first day of employment after you enroll
Flexible options - you can choose the benefits that suit your needs
If your total benefit price is more than the Flex credits you’ve received, you pay the difference through payroll deductions
If your total benefit price is less than your allocated credits, you keep the difference
Many benefits can be paid with pre-tax dollars, which saves you more money in 2003
You can change benefits elections once a year during the enrollment period


Quaker provides an expansive range of healthcare, savings/retirement, and other unique benefits for full-time and part-time, salaried employees of Quaker employed in the United States. You can choose or "purchase" these benefits with your QuakerFlex credits and, if necessary, your own contributions. Many plans are offered automatically at no cost to you.
