Each person who enters the Supply Chain organization, does so through our Sr. Associate rotational program. Following the completion of that training program, the individual will move into one of a number of exciting entry-level positions.

Quaker’s Sr. Associate Rotational Program gives you the opportunity to experience different aspects of the Supply Chain system over the course of approximately one year. Each opportunity offers hands-on experiences directed at enhancing the individual’s understanding of our Supply Chain and ensuring success in future assignments.
