This combination has helped me to lose 38 pounds in 10 months. Beware though — Quaker Rice Cakes are extremely delicious with cottage cheese or peanut butter!

Every time I am tempted by cookies, cakes, or brownies (that can easily add up to 200 calories for a small portion) I just pull out a caramel rice cake and my cravings stop. They are so sweet and taste like real caramel. Nothing artificial. Pure sweet deliciousness.
