Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cinnamon Rocks! I absolutely LOVE the cinnamon flavor. Most flavored oatmeal is just too dang sweet. You got it right with your cinnamon flavor. Now the problem is having to buy the other two flavors to get the cinnamon. BRING BACK THE CINNAMON!!!! Until then, I'm stuck purchasing plain oatmeal and doctoring it up the best I can. :(

I wish that the weight control cinnamon flavor was offered by itself because it is my favorite but there are only two packets of it in this box.

I refuse to buy the variety pack to get the Cinnamon that I love because although I eat the Banana Bread I don't eat the Brown Sugar and Maple therefore it is just a waste! PLEASE BRING THOSE CINNAMON BACK!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from So disappointed I should have known when this had 1 gram of sugar it was too good to be true. I haven't bought flavored instant oatmeal in years due to the high sugar content. So when I saw this I thought finally they realized a hint of maple brown sugar or cinnamon is enough. But instead it tastes just as sweet if not sweet due to the use of synthetic sugar. So the taste is far too sweet and the synthetic after taste lingers in my mouth for quite some time. Not only that I have a hard time digesting it.I feel like if the label says weight control I am not looking for a sweet taste. I'm looking for something less processed and better for me, not synthetic. I now know to stick to plain oatmeal from here on out but am disappointed that I wasted the money on this.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Oatmeal Fan I give this type of Quaker oatmeal four stars because I need to watch my sugar intake and the weight control has less sugar than the low sugar type. However, I would like to suggest that Quaker not put 4 Brown Sugar/Maple packages in each box. Why not either find another flavor or add one more of the other flavors or just put the original oatmeal. The maple and brown sugar is way to sweet tasting and for those of us who need to watch sugar intake, it is just too much sweet. Thank you.

  3. Let sit for 60 seconds.

Microwave Preparation (1 Serving)

  1. Empty packet into microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Add up to 3/4 cup unheated milk or water; stir.
    For your convenience, you can use the packet measuring cup.
  3. Microwave on HIGH 1 to 2 minutes; stir again.

Caution: Bowl and contents may be hot. Microwave ovens vary in power. Cooking time may need to be adjusted.
