  • 1/3 Cup(s) Honey
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 Cup(s) vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

Heat oven to 425°F. Line 12 medium muffin cups with paper baking cups or oil bottoms only. Combine mix and cinnamon. Add combined remaining ingredients, mixing just until moistened. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown. 1 DOZEN CHOLESTEROL VARIATION: Substitute 2 egg whites or ¼ cup egg substitute for whole egg.
