• 12 corn tortillas using Quaker®Tortilla Mix (see package directions)
  • 2 to 3 cups Mexican style cheese (i.e. Chihuahua or Monterrey Jack), shredded
  • 1 1/2 cups chunky salsa

Cooking Instructions

Prepare tortillas according to package directions. Heat griddle or skillet over medium heat. Place tortilla on lightly greased griddle and spoon 1 to 2 tablespoons of cheese and 1 tablespoon of salsa on one side; fold in half. Cook 1 to 2 minutes or until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 1 minute or until cheese melts. Serve with additional salsa, guacamole and sour cream.
