  • 1/4 Cup(s) canned pumpkin puree
  • 2 Teaspoon(s) brown sugar
  • 2 Teaspoon(s) pumpkin spice
  • 1 Teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
  • 2 Tablespoon(s) graham crackers, crumbled
  • 1 Tablespoon(s) whipped cream cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon(s) chopped pecans

* Can be made with 1/4 Cup(s) Quaker® Steel Cut Oats.

Cooking Instructions

Prepare oatmeal as usual. Stir in pumpkin puree, brown sugar, pumpkin spice, and vanilla. Top with crumbled graham crackers, a dollop of whipped cream cheese, and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
