  • 1/2 cup Quaker® Oats 
  • 1/2 cup low-fat milk 
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds 
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup bananas, sliced 
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter 
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey

Cooking Instructions

Add Quaker® Oats to a container of your choice and pour in milk. Mix in vanilla extract, chia seeds, and cinnamon. Alternate between layers of peanut butter and layers of sliced banana. Drizzle with honey. Place in fridge and enjoy in the morning or a few hours later!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Decent, but not my favorite The recipe uses far too much cinnamon, and it managed to wipe out the taste of the peanut butter for the most part. I would recommend halving it. I also leaned in on almond milk, since I typically use a 2:1 liquid to oats ratio for overnight oats, especially when I'm adding chia. Will have to try again to figure out if reducing the cinnamon would improve the taste.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So far my favorite! I love peanut butter/banana combo and was excited to try this recipe. Although I'm a peanut butter lover, I think it was too much peanut butter so next time I will just add 1 tbs. Also the bananas were not as fresh adding them at night. I threw out the bananas and added fresh ones on top it was perfect! I usually warm my oats for 40 sec in the microwave, I still haven't got use to the idea of eating them cold.
