  • 1/2 cup Quaker® Oats 
  • 1/2 cup low-fat milk 
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds 
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup bananas, sliced 
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter 
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey

Cooking Instructions

Add Quaker® Oats to a container of your choice and pour in milk. Mix in vanilla extract, chia seeds, and cinnamon. Alternate between layers of peanut butter and layers of sliced banana. Drizzle with honey. Place in fridge and enjoy in the morning or a few hours later!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Decent, but not my favorite The recipe uses far too much cinnamon, and it managed to wipe out the taste of the peanut butter for the most part. I would recommend halving it. I also leaned in on almond milk, since I typically use a 2:1 liquid to oats ratio for overnight oats, especially when I'm adding chia. Will have to try again to figure out if reducing the cinnamon would improve the taste.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Surprisingly good! I'm pleasantly surprised with how much I liked this. Wasn't sure if I was a fan of p b and bananas. I always skip the chia as I don't like the texture. Had to leave out honey as I had just run out. Well it was grand. The oatmeal with that combo is awesome. Very filling. Saved some. Enjoy!
