A heart healthy diet should include whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables, low fat dairy, lean protein and legumes, and should limit fat, saturated fat and cholesterol and sodium.

Cooking Instructions

Place oats in small bowl (about 2 cup capacity). Drizzle apple juice over oats. Add a layer of yogurt; sprinkle with cinnamon. Add a layer of apple and grapes. Place in fridge and enjoy in the morning or a few hours later!
