• 2 Eggs
  • 3/4 Cup(s) granulated sugar
  • 3/4 Cup(s) dark corn syrup
  • 4 Tablespoon(s) (1/2 stick) margarine or butter, melted
  • 1 Teaspoon(s) vanilla
  • 3/4 Cup(s) Quaker® Oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)
  • 1/3 Cup(s) Shredded coconut
  • 2 Tablespoon(s) all-purpose flour
  • One prepared 9-inch pie shell, unbaked
  • Ice cream or whipped cream (optional)

Cooking Instructions

Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, beat eggs until foamy. Gradually add sugar; mix well. Add corn syrup, margarine and vanilla; mix well. Add combined oats, coconut and flour; mix well. Pour into prepared pie shell. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until center is set. (Center should be firm when touched lightly with finger.) Cool completely on wire rack. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream, if desired. Store tightly covered in refrigerator.
