  • 2 eggs, cracked and beaten (or just the whites if you prefer)
  • 1 Pinch(s) of salt
  • 1/2 Ounce(s) Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 Teaspoon(s) vegetable oil or spray oil
  • 1 Pinch(s) of black pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon(s) Scallions, thinly sliced

Cooking Instructions

Heat non-stick skillet on low. Season eggs with a pinch of salt. Stir eggs slowly with a rubber spatula. Add cheese. Continue stirring until curds are set. Spoon onto each Quaker® Cranberry Almond Breakfast Flat. Top with black pepper and scallions.
