To make the most of every morning – and the rest of the day too – you have to get back to basics: things I’ve stressed as a trainer and coach from day one:
Get a good breakfast. Every day.
Get enough rest.
Get regular exercise.
Find more time to enjoy life.
Maintain a positive attitude.
We all know that already, right? So why don’t we do it? Lots of reasons: Lack of motivation. Lack of confidence. Or the fear that you don’t have the time. What I’ve learned over the years is that to get on the right path, you need someone in your corner. That’s where I come in. So let’s get started!
